With the gyms reopening on the 25th July, I felt it would be good to dicuss everything you need to know in terms of how to go about your training to make the most of your limited time in the gym, as well as managing the load & volume so that you don't pick up any injuries of become too sore. After all, most of us haven't lifted a heavy weight for a long time!
